Privacy Notice

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This notice explains how Zenith HUB s.r.o. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit zenitheventhub.com, subscribe to our email updates or unsubscribe. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech data protection law.

Zenith HUB s.r.o.

Email: info@zenitheventhub.com

For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, write to the email address above.

2. What we collect and why

Email updates (subscribe page)

When you subscribe we collect your first name, last name, business email address, company, job title and country. We also record evidence of your consent: the date and time, the page where you gave it, the exact consent wording you accepted, your browser’s user-agent string and a one-way pseudonymised value derived from your IP address (we do not store the IP address itself).

We use double opt-in: you are added to our mailing list only after you confirm your email address through the confirmation link. We send marketing emails only to confirmed subscribers who have not unsubscribed.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Keeping the consent record is necessary to demonstrate that consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR).

Unsubscribe page and suppression list

When you unsubscribe, we add your email address to a suppression list with the date, time and source of the request. We keep this list so that we never email you again, including if your address reaches us from another source.

Legal basis: our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in respecting your objection to marketing (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f), Art. 21(3) GDPR).

Website visits

Our web server automatically records technical data for every request (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and referring page) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies, does not load third-party fonts or scripts, and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. Data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider within the European Union, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. When we send email updates we may use an email delivery provider acting as our processor. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

  • Subscriber details: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
  • Consent records: for as long as we process your data on the basis of consent and afterwards for as long as needed to demonstrate that consent was given.
  • Suppression list: kept permanently, containing only the email address and the date and source of the request, so that your opt-out is always respected.
  • Server logs: 14 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, most easily on our unsubscribe page; no login or reason is needed. If you ask us to erase your data, we keep only your email address on the suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7 (uoou.gov.cz), or with the authority in your country of residence.

7. Changes

We may update this notice. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
